HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard through Paytm.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Product will be Delivered within 4-5 Business Days.

Typically within 4-5 working days (when ordered before 3pm).

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S CONFIRMED?

Once your order has been placed, unless you make a change within a short time frame of the order being made, we’ll be unable to amend any details, i.e. we won’t be able to add, remove or change shoes within your order. You can, however, cancel your order (if it has already been dispatched we’ll need you to return it). Please call our Customer Service team on +91 11 46548122 or email them at online@urbanshore.in.

WHAT IF THE STYLE OR SIZE I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE?

All the sandals that we have available are on our website www.urbanhsore.in  and can be added to the shopping bag. If you’re unable to add a pair to your shopping bag after selecting the size then it means that this item is currently not in stock.Just leave your email address to be notified when they’re back in stock.

WHERE CAN I BUY FITFLOP FOOTWEAR NEAR ME?

We have a list of authorized retailers in our STORE LOCATOR.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR ORDERS FROM THE URBAN SHORE?

We currently offer FREE standard delivery on all India orders

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please call the Customer Service team on+91 11 46548122 within a very short period of time after the order has been placed. Our team is available between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. We’ll do all we can to stop your order being dispatched.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Urban Shore will accept Return or Size Exchange of a product only if the following conditions are met:

  1. The tags on the product should be intact.
  2. The product should be unused and in its original condition.
  3. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

Once we receive the shipment, products will be checked for quality at our warehouse and return/exchange will be accepted only if the products are unused.

Once the return has been approved, we will return the money as store credits or exchange the product as requested by you.

HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT MY FITFLOP SHOES ARE AUTHENTIC AND NOT COUNTERFEIT?
