Urban Shore doesn’t facilitate reverse pickup of your product, therefore you need to bear the shipping charge and return the item to us within 14 days of registering the complaint.

We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our warehouse in the following conditions:-

a)    The pair should carry the original technology tag, with MRP Sticker affixed on the tag.

b)    The guideline stickers on the back (outsole) of the product.

c)    The sticker on the other side with Style name, barcode and style code.

d)    Inserts in both the sides.

e)    The item must be returned in the original brand box (packaging).

Any returns/exchanges by courier must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice.

Unfortunately, we can’t replace products that you’ve already ordered. On the bright side, you can request a return and place a separate order for the new product(s) you want to order. We’ll help you along the way.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
