RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Due to the on-going impact of COVID-19 it may take longer than usual to process your return. Rest assured we’re working as quickly and safely as possible.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you order from us.
We offer a 14 day return policy from the delivery date of the product.
We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our warehouse in the following conditions:-
a) The pair should carry the original technology tag, with MRP Sticker affixed on the tag.
b) The sticker on the back of the footwear with style name, barcode and style code must be in tact and the pair unworn..
c) The item must be returned in the original brand box (packaging) accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products.
We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice. Please note that returns can take up to 10-12 business days for processing once received at our facility. The amount will be directly added to your wallet (All delivery charges are non-refundable).
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when making returns as we are unable to arrange a reverse pick-up. The shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable.
Merchandise purchased during promotional offers or at a discounted/sale price cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
